Refund policy
- Client has up to 24 hours to notify any issues regarding the order received.
- Returned items must be unused and unworn.
- All returns are valid for store credit only.
- Custom items can’t be returned or exchanged. Once the return item is received, please allow 7-10 days for the store credit to be reflected.
- Shipping fee from any return orders are the client’s responsibility.
- Size exchanges are free of charge. Please let us know and we will arrange the return and shipping of new item.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
