Refund policy

  • Client has up to 24 hours to notify any issues regarding the order received. 
  • Returned items must be unused and unworn.
  • All returns are valid for store credit only.
  • Custom items can’t be returned or exchanged. Once the return item is received, please allow 7-10 days for the store credit to be reflected.
  • Shipping fee from any return orders are the client’s responsibility.
  • Size exchanges are free of charge. Please let us know and we will arrange the return and shipping of new item.
